★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For our wedding, in the beginning we had amazing service in the store. There is a short Italian lady with black hair with bangs who helped us every time we went to the store. She was so sweet and helpful! We had ordered cute coasters with meaningful messages on them for our guests. We had placed the order at least 3 months before the wedding as recommended. Unfortunately, another person from the store called me delivering the worst news; they called me 1 month before the wedding telling me that the item was unavailable and that I had to chose something else last minute. The person was unapologetic towards the situation. She acted like it was nothing. No apologies, no offer for their error. I really didn't appreciate how it went. I had to choose fast because of the time frame. Plus, I was then forced to chose something else in their store because I had left a deposit. They offered me another coaster choice which was more expensive and less appealing to the eye. Moreover, I would have had to pay the difference of the price for their error. I was so mad that they put me in this situation days before my wedding. In the end, I chose something else, which was a little over my budget, but at least useful and worth the price difference. They did a good job with the decor of the bonbonnières. My guests seemed to love them. I would go back because they have a good choice of items, but I have since lost trust in their customer service, so it worries me to order with them again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing selection of dresses for girls and clothing for babies. Went to buy my niece's confirmation dress and she ended up finding dresses that We hadn't seen anywhere else! Their prices were better and we ended up walking out with 2 dresses!! Fantastic service too. Can't wait to go back to buy my son's baptism attire!! Highly recommend going here!

My mom purchased an underwear for $13.98 hand written on the ticket, this Saturday and today I had someone pick the SAME IDENTICAL item. And the handwritten price was torn off and a ticket added , ALL IN FRONT of my friend who did me a favour and you had the audacity to charge $17.98. It’s not about the $4 ! But the principal Your mom should be ashamed Of you for being so greedy. No respect whatsoever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a suit for my son’s Confirmation last spring and unfortunately due to Covid, it was cancelled/postponed 3 times!! I recently received 2wks notice for a new date and in the meantime throughout this last year, obviously my son had grown and therefore the suit did not fit ? I contacted the store in a panic and Roula was so understanding about the situation, she accommodated me in exchanging the suit. She was patient and helpful in trying to find another suit that would fit my son and make me happy at the same time. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the service I received and impressed with their selection of boys suit! I highly recommend Pina Carmelo Sacco if you’re in need of boys suits! Thank You Roula for your exceptional customer service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many thanks to the lady who helped my daughter and I with my granddaughter's dress and my grandson's suit for their Holy Communion. It was such a stress-free and relaxing experience. The best service to customers I've had in a very long time!!!! The store had lots of choices too. They sure know what they are doing there! Even the younger ladies were friendly. I felt very at-home there. Thanks so much again!
