Moi et ma conjointe nous avons acheté la couverture de plume la plus chère et il n'y a casiment pas de plume juste un petit peu au milieu c'est loin d'être de la qualité comme ont nous l'avais dit. Très déçu pour le prix on pensait que en payant plus chère on aurais de la qualité.
Unfortunately very disappointed. Me and my wife bought the most expensive feather blanket and there is probably no feather just a little bit in the middle it is far from the quality as we told us. Very disappointed for the price we thought that by paying more we would have quality.

J’ai été servie par une belle grande au cheveux noir, vraiment très gentille !! Les produits sont incroyable j’ai acheter de la literie et le look est magnifique sur mon lit ma conseillère m’as vraiment aidée on a choisis aussi des rideaux bleus qui vont hyper bien avec la douillette ! Merci pour votre service impeccable j’y retourne c’est certain !!
Great service! Very friendly staff! Incredible cash service also on the floor the employees are attentive and care about us. I was served by a beautiful tall woman with black hair, really very nice!! The products are incredible I bought bedding and the look is beautiful on my bed my advisor really helped me we also chose blue curtains that go really well with the comforter! Thank you for your impeccable service I will be back for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased an expensive bed cover online. It was definitely not as described when it arrived and it was poorly crafted from China. We requested an RMA online the following morning. By 4 p.m. we contacted their customer service representative who told us that she could not find our request on their system, giving us an e-mail address to restart our request. Upon putting a bit of pressure on her after a 10 minutes chat, she agreed to process our request. The options were to return the item to their facility at our expense or to return it to their store in our area. We chose the latter and our request for refund was declined by their employee because the item had been opened, albeit in its original packaging and unused.
We have been shopping and spending substantial sums of money at that store for over a decade. This is definitely our last purchase from Linen Chest. No apologies from their management team will make us change our mind on this one.
