Retour à deux reprises d'un store de 547 $ Problème de mécanisme pas reconnu à la première visite ... retour #2 en magasin j'exige le renvoi a l'entrepôt et après 7 jours (store de ma chambre ...) je le recois enfin...là yé correct
Rapport qualité prix moins service moins 547...

 I do NOT suggest buying a blind at this store
Twice return of a $547 blind Mechanism problem not recognized on first visit ... return #2 in store I require it to be returned to the warehouse and after 7 days (blind in my room ...) I finally receive it...there it is correct
Value for money minus service minus 547...

Karine, notre conseillère, connait très bien ses produits et nous a dirigés vers le bon choix. Nous avons reçu un service impeccable de sa part. Toute l’équipe est très professionnelle d’ailleurs. Denis, notre installateur, a aussi fait un excellent travail. Il connaît bien son métier. Un gros merci à toute l’équipe.
Excellent customer service. We are very satisfied with our new Cascades style or brand blinds. Karine, our advisor, knows her products very well and guided us to the right choice. We received impeccable service from him. The whole team is very professional. Denis, our installer, also did an excellent job. He knows his job well. A big thank you to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has some very questionable practices. After the measurements were taken at our home, we received a call from the store to confirm the installation appointment. They insisted that we pay the outstanding amount (we had already paid half of it) over the phone first before they could give us the date. I found that very unprofessional. I mean they could just give clients a payment due date prior to the installation instead of making them feel like hostages over the phone. The other thing that annoyed me was that we were told during the installation that we would be charged $5 per window for the removal of our current blinds. This information was never communicated to us either in person or in writing, and when we mentioned it to the customer service representative, she admitted that she forgot to tell us. She didn't apologize for it though and did not offer to waive the fee (which would have been the professional thing to do).
