★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindsay was amazing. I've had many different registered massage therapists in downtown Hamilton but she's the only one who's addressed my needs in a way that didn't feel judgey or preachy. She worked out knots I didn't even know I had and while I was a bit sore the next morning it was 100% worth the pain to feel like everything wasn't so tight. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindsay was fantastic! She is highly skilled at what she does, and she made me feel comfortable right from the start.
The treatment I received was an hour-long combination of relaxation and deep tissue massage. I suffer from chronic lower-back and shoulder pain, and she knew exactly how to find and treat the sources of my discomfort. The space she works out of is tranquil and very professional, as is Lindsay herself.
I'd also like to mention that before I even had my appointment, Lindsay contacted me personally by phone to work out a schedule conflict (due to my work schedule). It was really touching that she took the time to reach out and accommodate me - she obviously really cares about her clients! It was an excellent experience and would definitely return for future services.

Honestly through repetitive sessions she reduced my shoulder pain drastically. When she felt I needed other professionals to help in my healing journey, she was so helpful in recommending me to other clinics. You'll love the calming and effective work of Lindsay! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice and Lindsay is AMAZING! I have had many registered massages in my day and she is by far the BEST experience I have had. She makes sure you are good with the pressure. Has created a very calming and relaxing environment, and provides extra little perks like hot clothes she uses to begin and end the treatment, and a head massage. Professional and cheerful as well. Will never go anywhere else again ! :)
