★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give them credit in that they try to be helpful and did go out of their way to deliver the orthotics due to all the issues (which I appreciate but it should never have gotten to that point) but my experience was a nightmare. Took 5 months to get a pair of working orthotics (and even now they still aren’t right but I have given up with this company) as the lab they use has absolutely no idea what they are doing, made several ridiculous mistakes and often I wondered if knew more about orthotics than these guys did.
