★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda (owner and RMT) is amazing. Not only does she give an incredible massage, and I have tried many places, but she is a total sweet heart that goes above and beyond. I have been seeing Amanda for about 2 years bit definitely not super regularly. I moved to Beamsville last March and it is a bit of a treck and even before I would only get a massage every couple of months. However I really wanted to get a massage before going into labour with my first child this December and I would not trust anyone but Amanda to do my massage at 9 months pregnant. Not only did she squeeze me in the Friday before my Monday induction, she opened specially for me to get one more in on the Sunday. This was also Dec 22nd, so a very busy time for everyone right before the holidays. Now that's above and beyond service! I would strongly recommend her and the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Acupuncture and massage service. Lucy and Amanda provide instant relief from pain with every treatment I have received. I absolutely love the acupuncture services and cupping therapy by Longping. She is an absolute gem and has helped me tremendously with my degenerative disc disease back pain and muscle spasms. Thank goodness I found her. RMT Amanda is very perceptive and understands my needs. She has a wealth of knowledge on how the body, muscles and joints function. Lower lumbar spinal stability is an issue i suffer from and she helps me maintain that muscle stability that I need. The combined therapies help so much. The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming. It is always a pleasure going there for my health & wellness. Definitely recommend this place!

The clinic is bright, clean, welcoming and full of qualified practitioners that offer the finest care to their clients. You feel fantastic walking out the doors. Book appointments online or in-person...very convenient. Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best wellness centre in Hamilton for Acupuncture and Massage Therapy! Dr. Lucy and Amanda are so skilled at what they do and always make you feel welcome and cared for. They really go the extra mile to ensure you're always comfortable and relaxed.
The office staff are also extremely friendly and helpful; I always look forward to my appointments here!
