They want your money up front to start the process and are horrible at getting you what you bought. Once you send them your money the customer service becomes extremely poor at best.
No site visit, no drawings (other than what I provided), survey, elevations only virtual meetings and lip service!
I never received my refund after many requests.
This company, Lindal Cedar Homes is a rip-off company. I would advise anyone to never consider doing any business with Lindal Cedar Homes. The Representative was a con artist to the max. I believe that this company needs to be put out of business.
