However, I did go and was surprised and very impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Carlisle was very helpful and patient as he explained how the process worked and then explaining all the data and test results along with helpful suggestions. The staff looking after me during the 2 overnight sleep studies were as well very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this facility.

I had the pleasure of having Amey look after me for the night, and she was friendly and just a pleasure. Loved her job. She made me feel comfortable and I slept well....at least till I get my results? Highly recommend this location for your assessment. I did read a few other reviews and generally disagree. I went prepared with a facemask and ear plugs as common sense would tell you it may not be as quiet as home next to a street. Go prepared and you will have no complaints. They offered a fan and a humidifier to help drown white noise and it worked perfect. Their is no one to blame but yourself for not sleeping any different than in your own bed. Cheers?

I had the most amazing nurse her name is Amy and she is so down-to-earth and real and so welcoming it was a great experience. I was so nervous at first but Amy made me feel so safe and explained everything really well, I had a great time there.
T	Terry Mallory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here, for sleep apnea, for a long time. They are always welcoming as well as friendly towards everyone. If you are going to have a sleep test done, don't show up until 8:30 p.m., because the doors don't open until then. Everyone has to be hooked up to a machine, by a bunch of wires, which takes a while to finish. But everything is explained in detail and they answer any of your questions you might have. Have a good night.
C	C. Runpixierun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medsleep wanted me to sign a disclaimer to legally protect them from all consequences if I were to contract Covid from their clinic. What on earth? As an Ontario taxpayer, I have never had to sign away my rights like that to get medical services, nor will I ever be made to do such a thing. I refused, of course, so they declined to provide services. Instead, my respirologist then referred me on for a thorough sleep study done right at the hospital where there were no such legal waivers. It bothers me that this third party private company bills the healthcare system we taxpayers pay for while denying us service if we do not sign legal waivers that protect only their business concerns. That is not okay with me.

She made me feel welcome, was informative and had patience. Having had a sleep study in the UK that was at an NHS hospital this was like a luxurious night away- bar the many wires attached to me that is ?. Highly recommend
C	CatMommy84 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My analyst was amazing but I'd give ZERO stars to the facility. I was walked by lovely rooms with comfy looking beds but my room? It looked like a dingy hospital room, the bed was tiny, narrow and hard as a rock, and the pillows were like bricks. I felt trapped in that thing with all the wires. I was close to tears because everything was so twisted and I couldn’t even raise my head when the tech came to “wake me up.” I had been awake and in severe pain since 2am. It was awful. Why was I put into a room that a narcoleptic would have trouble sleeping in? That is complete bologna. I'll never go to this place ever again.
M	Melanie Herweyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sleep study experience with Limestone city sleep lab was amazing the staff were super friendly and ready for you with all the answers and give lots of information about what wire does what . When there busy with alot patients like everywhere now a days they will say something like I will be only 15 minutes extra if you can please wait and I will get back to you.They truly make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and stress free. I found the beds were comfortable and the room was really nice and quiet . Sleep with all the wires is a challenge but who doesn't want a challenge. As for the covid 19 they have it all sterilized after each patient and they disinfect every wire, sensor, belt , surface etc . They even wash the bedding everytime also . I had amazing first time and highly recommended.
