★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Process was fairly simple. I had an odd shape so a template was necessary. In the end the product was excellent and fit like a glove. Once ordered the product arrived in a week. My only suggestion for Lillypad is to call before delivery so your customer knows it is coming and can make arrangements. Just good business.

Good service, reasonably priced for a totally custom cover (my tub is easily 20+ years old without any manufacturer information on it). Thanks again Bob!
