★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une madame avec des lunette foncé m'accueil en parlant au telephone pour ensuite me demander ce que je veux avec un air " très bête" . Je lui dis que je veux me faire rembourser ou echanger un article qui ne m'allait pas que j'ai acheté il y a 2 jours. Elle soupire et me dit que le magasin ne fait pas de remboursement ( c'est ecrit noir sur blanc que oui sur la facture) et elle refuse de me rembourser quand même . Très arrogante mauvais service je ne retourne plus jamais a cette boutique
A madam with dark glasses welcomes me by talking on the phone and then ask me what I want with a look "very stupid". I tell him that I want to be reimbursed or exchange an item that did not suit me that I bought two days ago. She sighs and tells me that the store does not make a refund (it is written in black on white that yes on the bill) and she refuses to refund anyway. Very arrogant bad service I never go back to this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une brassière porté trois fois en 2 mois a déjà brisé. C’est quand même 140 $ et malheureusement elles ne peuvent rien faire… ce n’est pas de la faute des vendeuses mais il faudrait peut-être prévoir une garantie quand on paye aussi cher.
A bra worn three times in 2 months has already broken. It's still $140 and unfortunately they can't do anything about it...it's not the saleswomen's fault but you should perhaps provide a guarantee when you pay that much.
