★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took two months to E file our returns and only did so when I called to check on it. They "forgot." We had a substantial return coming and the two month delay in these funds cost us thousands due to postponed projects and interest charges. When I requested a refund on their service fees, I received a nasty and unprofessional reply telling me to take my business elsewhere. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I've been looking after my mother for the past two years but I had no idea that qualified me for credits. They not only helped me apply for the credits but even went back to the previous year and applied for them there too! Now I'm waiting for approval on a Disability Tax Credit for my mom and I'll get even more of a tax break! Like I said... they are amazing.
