B	Brandon Ruhl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandra Jeffrey is by far the worst realtor I have ever met. Her ignorant attitude and unprofessionalism would keep me away from Lighthouse Realty LTD all together. She is a poor representation of your company and you should be embarrassed to have her on your team.
L	Luisa O'Halloran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they managed our rental in Clearbrook Village, they were terrible. They didn't respond to emails and hardly ever returned phone calls! I don't know how well they operate for selling houses, but their management sucks.
t	tom ster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the agent did the paper work properly when we settle on a property to buy. really didnt seem to know what he was doing otherwise. but when it came to dealing with the seller's agent from a 'one percent' realtor, he blew the deal for us by not submitting our bid when the price was going up. he didnt submit our bid. seemingly because it didnt pay the higher commission. he didnt let us know what the other bid was. he didnt have any problem following through on all that when we bid on the next property. obviously, the first property is the one we wanted more and we lost it because he didnt submit our bid. i found out through the selling realtor that the accepted bid was 15g less than my highest bid, that wasnt submitted.
R	Roxanne Elgood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband Dave and I were looking for a decent place "within reasonable cost, place" to rent a few months back and I am very happy to say that we are totally pleased with the friendly service! The quick return on calls and emails and the professional manner in which the whole process took place. Ross McDonald even made the signing of all that lovely paperwork bearable lol. Lighthouse has been there for us when we have needed something done and we are thank-ful that the process went smoothly :)
L	LeighAnn Blair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fount listing on Craigslist and it was listed as a rental, but had no phone number to get ahold of the person to view the place- just had lighthouse realty site info. When I went to the site though, it wasn't a rental, but instead, you could only purchase the place. Don't put incorrect info in your add please! It's misleading and a waste of my time!

I know with our budget and our list of wants it couldn’t have been easy and he put in tons of work with the open houses and trying to find my girlfriend and I our dream home. The market is absolute insane right now and his advice and understanding of the market is unparalleled. Also I feel most realtors would’ve given up on our dream place when we found out this place had no rentals available (which we were looking to rent) but he went so above in beyond contacting strata and also other listings in the area to gather info. His advice and not rushing us has been amazing, never felt like he was in it for a commission but that he genuinely wanted to help us!! Now we’re both ecstatic and have Andy to thank for it.
