purch,ased 3 Lee broom hanging pendant lights; asked for the matte black fixture with gold electrical caps. When they arrived, they were all black without gold caps. I called lightform and they contacted lee broom to send the appropriate fixtures. When the second delivery arrived, i assumed the order was correct, and left my electrician to install the fixtures. When i arrived home, i discovered that the second order was the same as the first, all black without the gold caps! I should have checked but i assumed that with the second order LIGHTFORM would have called the company to ensure that the second order was correct. They then finally shipped out the gold caps separately . Therefore I had to pay my electrician twice to install the appropriate fixtures. When i returned the original mistaken order, LIGHTFORM asked that i attach the appropriate labels to the box , and would have DHL come to pick up the mistaken order. I did so, and there was something wrong with the paperwork, so DHL returned the item back to me and i had to redo the labelling and wait twice for DHL to come to pick up the box. Given that it was LIGHTFORM'S mistake they should have picked up the mistaken delivery and taken care of this for me finally i asked for a refund of my electricians time since he came twice to install the inappropriate fixture; lightform gave me a store credit; given my terrible experience with them i would never order another light fixture from them so the credit is Moot. lastly i called Lana in customer service for the email and contact info for the owner to give the owner feedback on this terrible service, she said she could not give me the info, but to forward to her and she would forward to the appropriate people. I dont really believe that my feedback would have reached the owner, hence this review; hopefully the appropriate people read this and can learn from my terrible experience

Be very careful purchasing here. We specifically informed sales personnel we had 9' ceilings and needed to be able to walk under any suspended fittings. We bought 2 beautiful Mooi heracleums having been assured we could hang them at a height to suit us. 8 months later 1 fitting stops working correctly. Emails back and forth for 4 months and Light Form simply washes their hands of it. Easier to blame a fully licensed electrician. We even suggested a suitable (cheaper) replacement but nothing. So much for customer service. We are very disappointed.

One of Toronto's finest stores for lighting fixtures. If you're looking for something special that is going to stand out in your home, you're going to love LightForm. However...if you're expecting to pay Home Depot prices to light your home, LightForm isn't the place for you. Designer light fixtures don't come cheap Attentive and knowledgeable service. Helpful for both design professionals and the "average" shopper. Even if you don't end up buying anything here due to the higher price points, just seeing all of these amazing lighting design will help you make better decisions at lower price points

I’ve taken a few attempts to write this review. I don’t want to appear as just another disgruntled customer. I want Light Form to read this review and think about this feedback. The issue I have with Light Form is their indifference to their customers, their lack of empathy, their failure at basic customer experience, and their lack of respect. To future customers of Light Form, read the terms of conditions before your make a purchase. All sales are final. Even if the product arrives broken. Tough! When companies prioritize a policy above the needs of customers, it shows. The golden rule of treating others the way you want to be treated, should trump any protocol. That’s not the case with Light Form. To cut a very long, painfully frustrating story short, I bought a Gubi Multi Lite Floor Lamp. The first one arrived broken. Light Form wouldn’t refund me even though a replacement would take 8 weeks. Their response was I should have read the terms and conditions – all sales are final. As we were not willing to wait 8 weeks, and with our hands tied, we accepted their offer of a different color replacement. When the second lamp arrived, almost 3 weeks later, it too was broken. Again, I had to wait for them to resolve the issue with FedEx and by this time, a refund was offered because there was no guarantee that the third would arrived undamaged. Doing business with Light Form is a circus. Every step through my customer journey was not just flawed but there were faults everywhere. It’s not Light Form’s fault that the lamp arrived broken the first time or the second time. But, it is their responsibility to ensure that, as their customer, I was satisfied with the action they were taking to remedy the situation. But they didn’t care. And that’s Light Form’s biggest failing is that they don’t care. It always surprises me in an age where delighting your customer is paramount to success that some companies can fail so badly. My advice, take your business elsewhere. I’ve told all my friends. I hope they’ve told their friends. I’m writing reviews. I feel strongly about this. Take your business elsewhere

Beautiful selection of designer lighting and fabulous showroom. Dory is a great sales rep, who is knowledgeable on all products and is quick to provide pricing + information. Definitely a go-to for lighting for projects of all sizes + budgets.

Update: Since posting this review, the president of the company personally reached out. He was extremely apologetic and was able to resolve the issue immediately. I ordered a Blu Dot lamp from LightForm that arrived in August. The lamp itself is beautiful, but the customer service (or lack thereof) I have received is abominable. I was mistakenly billed by FedEx for import fees, and was reassured on August 24 by Jackson Sawatzky that I should not pay this and it will "be rebilled to us and will take care of it asap." I followed up three times since August but continued to receive payment notices from FedEx that the bill was not paid. Today I received a demand for payment from a debt collection agency, which undoubtedly will impact my credit score and will be a pain to deal with. Absolutely terrible experience.

I had purchased a Mantis lamp from LightForm. It arrived quickly and well packed. Unfortunately it was missing two mounting pieces. I contacted customer service and worked with Jackson, who was incredibly helpful. He immediately contacted the U.S. company to ship the parts, . Unfortunately, the U.S. company ignored me. When I contacted Jackson again, he responded promptly and had the parts sent from France. They arrived within 7 days! AMAZING. I will absolutely recommend them and will be purchasing from them again. Thanks LightForm and thanks Jackson

Complete nightmare. PLEASE NEVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE. I bought a 3000$ lamp. Once I received it, I kelt the plastic wrap around it to make sure it perfect once installed. I slowly installed the suspension and once everything is installed, I removed the packaging to see that the lamp is scratch all around (and it’s massive) and there were at least 20 dirty spots on it. Cleary it was a used product. The website told me that since it was installed they won’t do anything for me. So basically what they say to people is don’t take precaution for installation and unwrap everything. POOr service.
