But this company is a waste of time and money. I would suggest to read Lifemates Canada Reviews and Complaints at Consumer Affairs and Ripoff Report before signing up with them.
J	Jes W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely DO NOT waste a dime here. They have not upheld any part of their contract or promises that they made. They told me I was in the “prime gender age” requirement and that I would be matched every three weeks. In fact they matched me no more than 3 times in a year at most. While the matches were nice enough people, they couldn’t have been farther off the mark. When I discussed this with them and told them they are going outside of my preferences I was told to “change my preferences”. I am blown away by the sheer neglect to follow up on their own business statements. I would love to see them go out of business as they are 100% frauds. Please don’t waste your hard earned money like I did.
M	Miss Mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't walk, run as fast as you can away from this company. They have a F rating with the BBB with 60 formal complaints lodged. The matches they provide are terrible to say the least. They don't even pretend to try and give you any qualify you are looking for. The longer you are on the service, the fewer and fewer matches you get until you are lucky to get one once a year. The selling tactics used to get you to sign up for the service are predatory, making you feel that unless you hire them you will never find a match. They will then try and get you pay $600 for their professional photographer so you have "good" pictures for prospects. News flash, you don't actually see a photo of your match. It's a completely blind matching process. The photos are for their matchmakers. The only good thing I can say is I am now armed with more bad first date stories to last a lifetime.
C	Christine Giancarlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started a civil claim against Lifemates which had provided me with 4 matches in 19 months. There was very little compatibility in all their referrals. Now the COO of Elite Singles Canada, which owns Lifemates, has disputed my claim, falsely stating that Lifemates gave me 11 referrals. I will be going to court for resolution as I want my money back and hope no one else gets similarly scammed by the dishonesty and false product of Lifemates/Elite Singles. Update: BEWARE: This company has at least three successful court orders against it. Elite Singles has not paid its court-ordered penalty to these former clients and hides behind at least two different email addresses and umpteen street addresses all over Canada. Also owns Lifemates... which, no surprise... seems to have disappeared.
