I joined Personal Touch 9 weeks ago and met Pat. I was impressed with her time in the industry and her candid approach to realism in what I was searching for. She was clear to point out that some of my preferences would limit my options and that she felt she had some candidates for consideration. I have met 3 people since joining and have been very pleased with the meetings on a one to one level. I started with personal touch over a year ago and I was blown away by their great and professional services. Pat and her team will go out of their way to try and help you find the person that you can look forward to spending your coming days and nights with. On-top of everything thing it is a great deal. In this life you get what you pay for. And this is an investment that you can't hope to pass up on. And the great thing is that you can be sure thato whomever you were paired up with is just a serious as you are because they have invested just as much as you have in the hope of finding that eternal happiness.

My experience with Personal touch Matchmaking has been excellent. Pat and Marrianne took the time to understand and find out exactly who I was looking for in a life mate. I had a substantial amount of requirements and qualifiers on my "wish list". I have now been with my Man for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier! If you're looking for an alternative to online dating websites I would highly recommend giving Personal touch a try!

I'm a magnanimous person by nature and I only post negative comments when the company merits them, hence the following review. Trepidation is the word that would best describe my feeling after first meeting the owner of Personal Touch Matchmaking. If I could pinpoint a singular overarching red flag, it was her inability to answer my question of, how many of those couples she had matched were married or in long term relationships. In a later conversation, she claims that she does not do this for money, I assume she meant it was for a more noble purpose. If it was to connect lifelong partners, then you would think she would have been able to answer my question with ease, instead she did not even have a ballpark number. As is often the case with an intuition, it is best not ignored. Although after a year of lockdowns and sparse dates I was at a point where single people often find themselves, looking for companionship. I ignored my intuition and regret it. After signing the contract and paying the fee, they give us a vCard for the member line that we can call which is only open 12 hours a week. When I call in, Pat’s partner Marion usually picks up and was snippety towards me all three times we spoke. The sense I got was (first terrible customer service skills on her behalf) that I was bothering her. The meat and potatoes of the matter is not customer service related however. The contract promises 10 matches. I stopped at three and a half. The half represents a woman who I was unable to reach for two weeks because she claims her phone was broken. I finally reached her, we agreed to a meeting time and place, and she cancelled two hours prior to the said date. Things come up, I’m very understanding, but she did not even have the courtesy to apologize. I asked her what came up and she simply ghosted me. I suggested to Pat that she not keep unreliable unclassy people like this in her pool and she said it’s the first time this happened with the girl. I retorted that it should be the last time too but she didn’t seem to agree. So other lucky fellows are going to have the pleasure of meeting this unstable individual, or not meeting her. The other three matches were not my type. When I told Pat that I wanted to stop her service, she told me that my matches liked me, they thought I was friendly and attractive, and I reiterated that they did not meet the criteria I originally set out prior to the contract signing. Pat promised me that anything I told her personally about my matches would be kept in confidence so I'm not sure why she told me what my matches thought of me. It seems like a gross breach of trust on her part. Aside from their eye-catching roadside signs, I cannot come up with a positive thing to say about my experience. Please save yourself time and money and stay away from this service. The four stars is because they offer partial refunds to unsatisfied customers. Writing this review cost me $1500 which is why I sincerely hope you heed my warnings.

My husband, our baby, and I are grateful to Personal Touch. Thanks to Pat, I met my soulmate. The cost, value, and quality of service are excellent. I do not hesitate in recommending Personal Touch. I had inquired with other matchmaking services prior to choosing PT. None of the other companies are comparable. PT is also quite reasonably priced, for the service provided. Thanks Pat for introducing me to my partner. We are forever grateful!

I joined Personal Touch Matchmaking about 3 months ago after meeting with Pat. I found her to be pleasant and sincere and I liked her. My first 3 Matches were all very nice but there was no chemistry on either side. My 4th Match was also very nice but there was some chemistry but not enough. And then I met my 5th Match. He is wonderful and things are going very well. I found both Pat and Marian to be very professional and they bent over backwards to help me find my man. So happy to have made the decision to join Personal Touch. Best thing I ever did and would recommend them to anyone.

Honest. Caring. Respectful. Wonderful service with constant support. Pat and Marian are both great listeners. Caring, patient and consistently helpful. It is called Personal Touch for a reason as the experience is very personal. Pat and Marian take time to get to know you and what you value in life and in a relationship. You get to know yourself better throughout the interview and the interactions while searching for your match. Finding the right match is priceless.
