โ โ โ โ โ In August of 2020 I had a left Achilles rupture. My surgeon recommended physiotherapy and I decided to go to Lifemark Meadowvale. Sarah Gadala was my physiotherapist. She is excellent! She created a personalized plan to alleviate my pain and return to my range of motion. Sarah presents great professional confidence and she will never jump to conclusions until she thoroughly examines you.
Sarah is very professional; she knows her stuff and she worked very hard and with dedication to ensure my Achilles healed properly and in a timely manner. She is easy to talk to and she is patient. Every time I had any concerns, I addressed them to her and she answered all the questions that I had. Her assistants: Mala, Ally and Alex are also great.
Sarah helped me walk again properly after 3 months. She helped me build up strength in my left leg and after another 3 months I felt that I was ready to play sports again. However, she asked me to have more patience and continue to build up strength in my leg for a few more months. She is very knowledgeable. I listened to her and now I am able to play racket sports again without having any problems.
Therefore, I just want to say a big Thank You to Sarah and the entire outstanding team at Lifemark Meadowvale for the care that they provided to me. I strongly recommend their services to friends, neighbors and acquaintances.

I am more than pleased with the professionalism and attention I have received from all the staff I've interacted with every single time I've been there. I am a patient of Malak and Paul for physio/acupuncture, and massage therapy respectively. They're AMAZING. Also Bryan is excellent as an assistant too. And to the ladies at the reception desk, thanks for being so attentive and helpful, always willing to accommodate a convenient time and day for my appointments.

โ โ โ โ โ My mom was referred here for her shoulder pain by our family doctor. Her physiotherapist, Jeyapriya, was professional and helpful as well as her assistant. Upon completion of the sessions, my mom recovered well.

I had a severe case of sciatica which made me immobile.
My doctor asked me to see a physiotherapist.
I went to Lifemark Meadovale. And they literally saved me from losing all hope.
Very professional and highly knowledgeable in the area of treatment for sciatica.
From day 1 until I recovered quite substantially few months later.
The excercises and treatment plan was methodical and was done in a systematic way to prevent injury and strengthen weak areas of the back.
I highly recommend this place for treatment.
I would specifically like to thank Dr. Sarah Gadala who was my doctor and Mala for helping me.

They really take the time to ensure that the recovery is what it should be and that you are at your best upon completion of your program. โ โ โ โ โ My first time at Lifemark Physiotherapy. I can honestly say that my Physiotherapist C Susan Abraham is the best! She is very good at her job. She is very professional at the same time very thoughtful and caring taking time to listen to her patients and explaining everything in detail, She made me feel so much better. I remember when I first visit her, I was with so much pain but Susan gave me the hope that I will resume the normalcy, she always shows me the positive path. If you are looking for a good Physiotherapist I highly recommend C Susan in this branch. She will take care of you.
