★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in a martial arts accident that resulted in a multiple fractures on my ankle and two surgeries, i am now fully recovered after 4 months and ready to go back to sports thanks to Hugh O’loughlin at OT physiotherapy.
I have been going to OT physiotherapy for the last 4 months and i can say first hand that I have received exceptional professional care from Hugh and the OT staff. Hugh worked with me to regain my full range of motion, and strengthen my ankle which lead to a fast recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend OT physiotherapy to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to see a physio after I pulled my back quite badly and OT Physiotherapy happens to be located near my office. Glad I went as three treatments later and my back was back pretty much back to normal again. Happy I went to these guys - would def recommend them. I saw the physio Hugh O'Loughlin and he was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received treatment here for my shoulder injury. Hugh was very professional, thorough and explained everything in detail and in language I could understand. His treatment was hands on and he spent the entire session session with me, unlike at some other places where they hook you up to a machine and leave you.
I would definitely recommend Hugh at OT physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to Huge O'Loughlin as a physical therapist after a very disappointing experience at another facility in Burnaby, near my home. I didn’t mind the 30 minute drive it took from my place because the treatments were worth it.
I injured my shoulder in April 2016 while at work. After My first shoulder surgery, Huge could see that something still wasn’t right with my shoulder, so he encouraged me to check back in with the Surgeon. He was right, I needed a second procedure to remove a large bone that had broken off during the first surgery.
Hugh listened to everything I had to say and took detailed notes. He was very attentive to my concerns and explained to me in detail the treatment and the exercises that should and could be done at home. He also sent me an email copy of an exercise program that was essential to my recovery, he made sure I had the tools to continue my physical therapy routine at home when my sessions were over.
I couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist to work with than Huge. Everyone including the Office staff, were friendly and helpful with my work schedule.
Huge is very professional and a sharp observer. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of such services. He is a trustworthy practitioner who exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my first ever physiotherapy session here. I had very awesome experience here. Hugh was my physiotherapist. He is very patient and professional. With his help, I recovered really fast from my injury. Also, the receptionist, Angela( if I remember it right), always greeted me with a big smile on her face. I was so surprised she can even remember my name during my 2nd visit. I felt being very welcomed.
I will definitely recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to various physiotherapy clinics in Vancouver and Burnaby, but out of all, OT physiotherapy is definitely the one I will be sticking to! Super welcoming staff at the front desk and I loved their environment friendly way of filling out the paperwork! Hugh was very nice and attentive. My situation was explained very clearly to me and so were the exercises I should practice. Thank you so much! Definitely the best experience I had so far with physiotherapy, and I look forward to my next appointment. This clinic is definitely a gem :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OT literally changed my life. I can not thank Grace and Bruce enough! I ruptured a disc in my back and pretty much gave up on life. I got into the clinic on August 1st and couldn’t even move, I had already been through 6 months of the worst pain in my life. I was diagnosed with a ruptured disc that was pinching a nerve beside my spine and had been for months. Bruce was very honest and patient with me for the 1st week. I moved slow and could barely do the tasks. After the 1st month they would raise my spirits by complimenting me every day when I came in. Grace helped me so much with work sim and confidence lifting things. 2019 was one of the best/worst years of life! Thanks to OT I’m back to my job in film and working 15 hour days with a smile! Again, can not thank the whole staff enough, but for me it was truly Bruce and Grace who saved my life! Was great seeing you guys today! Hopefully cross paths soon! ❤️
