★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this afternoon with my 8 year old autistic son to complete blood work. The attendant at counter seemed more interested in completing his paperwork rather than attending to us. After we finally caught his attention he directed us to a cubicle to wait. After about 10 minutes one of the staff came in and asked my son a bunch of questions most of which just chit chat which I presumed she was doing to help him stay calm. When the time came to actually draw blood she panicked and decided to get someone else to help. By this time my son had understood what was about to happen and began panicking. We waited for another 10 plus minutes with no sign of anyone coming. I then asked one of the other staff as to what was happening and it appears that had completely forgotten about us. Two staff then walked in and their method to draw blood was excruciatingly painful. It appeared that neither of them had ever done this before. They stick the needle and wiggled it around my sons arm for over a minute and were about to pull it out when they suddenly realized that they were able to draw the blood. Needless to say my son was in tears and I had to try very hard to stop him from having a meltdown. No consideration whatsoever from the staff at this branch. I think it was close to the end of day and the topmost thing on their mind was to go home. Definitely avoid this branch especially with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional people. You wait too long for many reasons. They don’t know about the process of anything. You wait for 15 minutes just for someone to collect your sample. Reception is rude, when I told her that I am waiting for more than 15 minutes, she answered what I can do for you wait here. I spent an hour just to drop my samples and pay. I doubt if the results will be correct with lack of systems they have. It’s my last time to visit them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time is just crazy. Takes an hour to just go in and give your requisition and then more than an hour to do the test. I don't know if they are just disorganized or if the staff inside is taking 30mins per patient. This just doesn't make any sense 9n what is happening. Two stars because I ve found the some of the staff inside to be really sweet and I am not sure if other labs are also like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is even more to give them, avoid this lab at all cost. First they are taking your health card and requisition then will ask you to Waite for 1 hour outside in the hall way, which is in fact 2 hours. They are small lab with few members and are accepting very large number of patients. This is my second time in a week visiting this place, as it is near my house and will
Never come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucena Singh was the most patient,kind and professional nurse. Having hard to find veins, I am always nervous when having blood drawn..but Lucena went above and beyond to make it not only successful but pleasant as well with not too much trouble.
This location sees people quickly..they open at 8 am on Saturday and the line forms quickly..but it's worth it to come to this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my wife did her ultrasound here on may 2022. According to the report for the first time:
Her gallbladder is the size of horses gallbladder and spleen is normal. Our doctor called them and told them if it was size of horses gallbladder she wouldn’t be alive by now.so they fixed the report.
Now they said gallbladder is normal size (human) but spleen is bigger than normal. So again our doctor called them to fix it.
Now why i am writing this review is because
SHE DOESNT HAVE GALLBLADDER. It was removed 10 years before.
