★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff members (and I will get her name and file a formal complaint) decided last week that I only needed to submit 1 urine sample and override the doctors request for 2 samples. After a discussion with her on the doctors reason for 2 samples she stated "Don't worry, I know what I'm talking about". Today I received a message from the doctor requesting that I submit the 2nd sample. I arrived at the LifeLab location on Memorial according to the SaveMySpot and was met by the same staff member from last week. When I stated I was going to take the sample bottle home and submit the sample according to my doctors instruction and not submit the sample today the staff member immediately rebuffed and remarked "Whatever". This is an attitude that needs to be curbed.

The online booking service jammed on me?
My wife ended up booking for me I had to wait almost a week to re schedule the appointment.
Tried calling to talk to someone and the answering message said due to high volumes of calls we are terminating this call???
Altogether very poor customer service from this location right up to head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switching my business to this lab for sure. Fast, friendly, efficient. Very skillful technician who drew my blood, felt nothing. Usually technicians have a bit of trouble! Glad I went there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 5 stars are specifically for the technician that drew my blood. I wish I had gotten her name. She was friendly, quick and didn't have to poke me over and over to get the sample.
A couple other ladies in there were a little snappy (I guess like everything else these days, their job is a bit more stressful)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service. The staff who took blood samples from me did a good job, hardly any pain. I did find the staff curt and abrasive, not only in my dealings but in observing other dealings with people. I was there for over 2 hours and was surprised how some of the very elderly people were spoken to and how many people came inside after the screening unsure what they were to do next. There were many staff gathered at the main desk so when you speak to one you speak to all, definitely not very respectful of Privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with how great this location handles all of their COVID protocols. This lab is appointment only (says that as soon as you go online to their location site) , once you're there, you check in with a staff member outside and they let you in to be seated until your appointment. They were very organized and super friendly. The staff that you check in with was even trying to accommodate to the people trying to walk-in as they were running in and out of the building, checking with front desk staff for option to help find an appointment time that would work for the walk-in client. Great job everyone, your hard work does not go unnoticed :)
