★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff to be very rude and unkind. Took my daughter for bloodwork, she was nervous and scared. My daughter who is 8 has had health problems, she asked if she could get the blood taken from her hand, she has had bad experiences and is now afraid to do it on her inner elbow. This has never been an issue at any other lab in our very vast experience. The one phlebotomist said these exact words: "well, if you won't let me take it from the perfect vein in your arm, then I will do it between your knuckles and it's going to hurt. It's going to hurt a lot." What kind of human says this to a scared child?! I was so upset and told her so! Terrible, awful people. Don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot get through to the call center (they hang up on you after playing a recording), cannot get anyone to answer the phone in the Hanover location, cannot login to the web site to bok an appointment. Not sure if these people are still in business! I know covid has changed the landscape, however it has been here for a year and you need to adapt eventually. Lab services are essential and no one deserves this complete lack of service. Hire some staff!!!
Update: After 4 days LifeLabs have not resolved their web site problems! I drove to the lab today to book an appointment. You could just imagine the wonderful service I received showing up in person, during a pandemic, simply to book an appointment. Needless to say, I'm not on anyones gift list. I explained their web site doesn't work and no one answers the phone. I don't see any other options. LifeLabs the company is not worthy of 1 star, however I cannot leave 0. The tech staff are great when you see them, but this just cannot make up for the incompetance of the corporation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went in for a personal reason without an appointment just to pick up a sample bottle, only for some old hag to yell at her from the other side of the room to stand beside a chair and not by the wall...not sure what the difference was, but there was no postings up saying so. This is certainly not called for at any professional establishment.
