★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea why people would have given this lab only one star. (Unless they are trying to turn people away and keep the place a secret so it doesn't get too busy)...I've been going here for my labwork for the past couple of years and have never had to wait longer than maybe ten minutes. The girls have always been super friendly and professional and any review to the contrary is a little strange. My neighbour recommended them originally because he said they were great. He was correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait times between opening (7:00am) and 8:30, then there seems to be a bit of a lull where it clears out. If your hoping to get in/out first thing in the morning, your best bet is to book an appt online ahead of time as there is sometimes only one staff on shift during that first hour, then another person starts at 8:00. If you don't have an appt between 7:00 and 8:30 am, then expect your place in the line to get bumped down with each new appointment arrival. It's frustrating to watch your name (on their tracking screen) move down with added wait times, but the staff do a good job of keeping things moving. They are always friendly, efficient, caring and understanding. This is a great little lab, even if your stuck waiting having fasted for hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times for various tests and the staff have always been very courteous and polite. They can be quite busy in the morning so I would definitely recommend booking a spot online so that you don't have to wait as long.
