I was trying to get a refund for my purchase, giving 24 hours notice, and the owner, Rufo, was rude and hung up on my as she had a more important meeting to get on. Will not be using this company and will be recommending to fellow companies not to use this company.

I contacted them days in advance asking about their cancellation policy, but was ignored (and continue to be ignored) despite numerous polite inquiries. Guess I'm not seeing that money again. Save yourself the hassle and opt for one of the other fifty million first aid training centres in Edmonton.This one is managed like absolute garbage.

Price point by far the most affordable rate I’ve seen in the city. Lifesavers really demonstrates the difference in quality that passion and care makes. Thank you for the education, guys! :)
J	J D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a First Aid course today at my college through Life Savers Canada, taught by Rufo Creencia. It was a full day course and was so much fun. Rufo is a fantastic instructor who is thorough and very personable. He is very funny and made the class enjoyable!

They took it out on the class in a way, I feel, that was quite destructive, rather than constructive, to many students learning (ex. Many were anxious, put down or discouraged by their words). If you are taking Standard first aid for the first time, I cannot recommend.
