I just wanted to write and let you know now how thankful I am that you came to teach us the ABC’s of CPR. Sunday afternoon I driving along Broadway and witnessed a horrific 2 car collision. All of a sudden, everything you squished into that 6 hour lesson clicked right back in.

I just want you to know your class is/was great and for you to remind anyone else you instruct not to worry about forgetting everything you taught them and that it will come to mind once your there in a situation and your adrenaline starts pumping. It’s scary when it occurs but you feel great after.

It was installed by their team quickly with the proper signage. Once our bus drivers get back from Christmas Break they have offered to do some training as well. I would highly recommend.

Bill, Craig, and Jen were the instructors I was most involved with, and I can't pick one that did a better job than the other, everyone was very knowledgeable, patient, and eager to answer any questions until you understood. The EMR course was a ton of information to consume in 2 weeks, and I did not feel confident I was going to succeed, but the methods the instructors use to drive the information in was extremely beneficial to me and I passed with flying colors. Amazing school and I highly recommend it!

The company thanked me for choosing them several times, the front-desk staff was very nice. I took the same course years ago with a different company and this experience was better by FAR!

The registration process was seamless, Christian was professional, extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The instructor (Vince) was top tier. Made the day enjoyable and yet very educational. Highly recommended if you're looking for training.

I feel confident practicing my skills with her and appreciated the care she put into teaching and connecting with the trainees. I took the remote first aid course and i did find it helpful but to me it seemed more like a practice filled regular first aid class than a remote one. Nothing to do with the instructors but just with the course agenda from management I assume

Registering process was very easy and I really enjoyed completing the online portion on my own time, at my own pace. The in-person portion was great as well. Yvonne is very knowledgeable and so passionate about her role, which made the experience even better. To be honest, her enthusiasm made me regret not doing the entire course in-person. Hopefully she'll still be there when I have to renew my certificate in 3 years! Also, if you're not a morning person (like myself), they have a coffee station that creates cappuccinos, hot chocolates, white hot chocolates and much more. This was definitely nice to have for such an early course.

The instructor Precious was very friendly and welcoming which made the whole atmosphere even better. He was knowledgeable, very open to questions and very thorough in explaining. There is free hot drinks as well which is great if you’re doing an evening class! The training room itself was clean, spacious, and a good size. Very happy with my training here!
