★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately had to work with Maureen. Despite wonderful reviews she was not what I had hoped for in a counselor. During each appointment she started discussing her issues and asking about my job and if I could help her fix something, which I thought was perhaps a casual way to ease into conversations. It wasn't until the next appointment when she was actively texting during it and explained to me she was trying to sell something on Facebook market place. She also forgot me on more than 1 occasion and never called to follow up. Wish I could give 0 stars
