★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bovine women employed here have absolutely no concept of time. Every time I come here there is a line out the door while the employees doddle away and work as slowly as possible.
No modern forms of payment are accepted because the owners would rather bleed folks dry by making them use an ATM which is sinister if not downright criminal.
If an identical business was opened up across the street with competent staff and a debit machine like every other business in the city this place would go under in a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working at the very right side of the office is very rude. I believe her name is Julie but she was very stuck up and rude and just acted like she was so entitled. I asked simple questions and she would be all rude and just glare at me or ask me something and then say "shtt" to pause me in middle convo. This is beyond unacceptable behavior. I will not ever come back here again, I heard all the license bureaus are owned by 1 person in medicine hat, hoping he see's this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son to write his learners license and was beyond impressed with the help/service we got from Kaydeon, she was amazing. She took the time to go over questions my son he had and was so empathic with him when he didn’t pass. The next time he wrote he made sure we came back and had Kayeon help us. Because of her we will continue to use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star simply because they don't have a debit/credit machine and not a single sign anywhere saying cash only. But they do have atm inside where you can get cash and pay a fee. When i was asked to pay for driving abstract i requested, lady then informed me that its cash only and that there is atm in the corner. When i asked her where is any sign saying that, she was trying to prove me wrong and failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove to Calgary to buy a vehicle off a mechanic. Had all the paper work, ride sorted out, drove it back no issues. Went in to switch it all over an I had forgotten to fill my portion of the bill of sale. Had my name on it but that’s it. They refused my paperwork saying it wasn’t handed in “complete”, so I filled the rest of my info out right there and they refused still. Said I had to get ahold of the guy I bought it from so he could go to a registry and re-do all the paperwork we just did and resend it to me (because he didn’t work or have a life or anything, never mind he was physically disabled). All this because my info was partially missing. I told her all the trouble I went through to get this vehicle and it was my info that was missing and not his, I said “you can’t give me a little leniency?”The Karen looking manager looked right at me and said “no I don’t have to”. So I left, filled out the paperwork on the way to the other registry across town and was done in 5 min. F#%K this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst license bureau in Medicine Hat, twice I've had difficulties getting a vehicle registered here. Will not be returning in the near future!
Save yourself the headache and go to License Place or License Centre instead, this place is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great team! Dina ( I think that was her name) changed my husband and my Ontario driver’s licence and Health card, as well as getting Alberta plates for the car. It was a long process, but she was patient, courteous and fun.
The whole team in the office also helped to make sure the information was correct as well as speeding up the process by doing the necessary photocopying.
A five star experience. Thank you, everyone.
