β β β β β A typical residential & commercial complex. 3-4 towers are used by small scale shops on the ground and offices above. Other towers are residential uses. Business there includes bank, cafe, hair salon, clinics, brokerage, etc. Parking spot can be hard to find at times.

β β β β β The plaza and office buildings have a large assortment of services and restaurants. Great location across from Markham civic centre. Plenty of parking both surface and underground.

β β β β β Growing number of bubble tea shops here (onezotapioca, bubble lee, miss Lin, and more)! They have some restaurants, including Galβs sushi which has been there for a long time. Some of the other ones have not lasted as long but are not too bad either.
Hard to find parking above ground though. They have underground parking too, but Iβve never gone down there.

β β β β β This plaza is quiet area that has different business, most of them Chinese Cafes, some restaurants, some medical services and Captain's Boil. It has a lot of parking space, located a Hwy 7 and Warden, besides the Hilton Hotel. If you go on weekends there is not TTC on Warden, just YRT and Viva.

β β β β β Late Mar, 2022. Convenient and accessible by car the better. Close to Hwy 7, Warden. Many vendors and eateries. Hsbc has a branch here and quiet at time of this visit.?

β β β β β There are shops on the ground floor and professional services upstairs. It is not for window shopping but to fulfill certain particular needs, bank, tea shop, florist, places for muchie, convenient store, hair salon, beauty spa, etc.
