Y	YC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop by yesterday have a new noodle store opened. Mainly on their menu is noodles and congee. Taste like a traditional Hong Kong style in a decent price and quality.
B	Bonnie Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asian mall with grocery store, developing food court, bakery, group buys, dollar store and restaurants. Still lots of spaces available for rent. Underground parking available however some providers may not have signal. Some clean bathrooms inside too.
N	Neo Lei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fairly new mall, looks modern and clean; a couple of interesting stores and restaurants inside, but that is all the good things I can think of. The overall layout, especially how the roads and parking lot are designed, is garbage, to say the very least. The entrance to the open-air parking lot is designed to be at the far side of the lot, which is baffling. And the spot is not clearly labeled, therefore a lot of cars just on the aisle where they are blocking other cars coming or leaving. Giving this is a newly constructed mall, this kind of design is stupid and needs to be revised ASAP.

The doors to the mall upstairs from the parking garage is only one way so it forces you to grab the handles to get out. It's definitely not the most hygienic. They should have automatic doors or a set of doors with a push bar.

The warehouse sale has a range of discounted kitchen products, electronics, cutlery sets, dish sets etc. The Best Shop is budget friendly for home items, stationary, Chinese tradition items, and a clothing aisle. Giving this mall 3 stars because it needs more shops selection, but other than this, it's clean, spacious, and these 2 shops and supermarket are good to buy home stuff if in the area.
L	Leonard E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful office & shopping complex is suffering from a disconnect. From what you ask? Well, the pandemic and post-pandemic bubble which kept many businesses shuttered for 16+ months was a big yolk around the neck of business owners. Imagine having to pay for retail space inside this beautiful commercial hub which opened in 2018 and not getting enough foot traffic to cover the expenses. This new mall with 3 floors plus ground-level as well as underground parking areas looks virtually empty except for the large grocery store I visited today. It’s a shame because I rate the facility and layout 5-stars. Hopefully King Square can reconnect with the community and become a vibrant mall full of retailers very soon.
I	Iris Iri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large and empty shopping mall. It promotes itself to be bigger than Pacific Mall, but the amount of stores are so limited that it feels like it is so underused. The underground parking needs larger and clearer Exit signs, like painting the word exit on the concrete wall on the ramp! Whoever chose to use a Light Sans Serif font on a black piece of cardboard 20 cm high should know it cannot be read from inside a car.
J	J A Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brand new, very large, multi-level, empty mall, with a beautiful centre court and a large stage for performances, elegant quiet food court with only 1 or 2 food vendors. The Chinese grocery supermarket is well stocked with dried and canned goods, bottled sauces, very fresh produce and meat & fish counters.
