★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GO!!! My parents got abandoned in the mid of nowhere when travelling with this agency and the tour guide just forgot about them! And my parents dont speak English. And the hotels they bring you to have no clean sheets. Thats how bad they are. YOU ARE RISKING YOUR LIFE AND YOUR BELOVED ONES LIVES IF YOU SEND THEM TO TRAVEL WITH THIS AGENCY!

The partner with the same kind of greedy company to bring you to the Northern part of Canada....no clean sheets, drove by a sight and that's it you have been to the sight. They just dont care! I am posting my review for my parents who cannot speak English and could not even ask for help when they were travelling. And what the travel agency's response is shown as below, we cannot find your record of travel to imply that this review was paid by a competitor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel agent made a mistake when booking the airline tickets. In the end, they are asking my to pay for the price!!! Even though I have been a long time customer, but this will be my last time to deal with them. The travel agent insisted that it was my mistake that I did not verify the information, but I never received the confirmation email to begin with!!!! All I had was an invoice and strangely formatted E-Ticket. Very Disappointed...
