★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved in and so far no issues, place is located in a rougher area but thats not a big deal to me. Spacious rooms, large balconies, pet friendly, its got everything we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really liked the units here and wanted to finalize on one of two. However post the viewing , the response from the person who showed us around was very unresponsive. Followed up many times to try and close the deal but our efforts lead to a dead end. We chose another home eventually . It's sad that management of such a fine building is careless .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant vehicle break ins inside the parkade, problems with crime and theft in this building in general. The cameras that they have installed hardly ever catch the perpetrators. The building constantly leaks water through the walls and floors, I wouldn't be surprised if there is hidden mold. Maintenance is incredibly slow, it took almost a full year and dozens of messages with the landlord to replace a cracked window. Garbage is left strewn about through the halls, elevators and parkade. There are tenants that choose not to respect this building, and it's a disappointment and frustration for the tenants that do.
