★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At one time was a nice building .. now it is run down and is mostly a rental building.... building needs a lot of work as every major system plumbing elevators are well past their prime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took us 3 weeks to move our things out. Apparently we can't move out on Sundays, no one told us this moving in or when we were moving out. we were charged $100 for moving out even after the desk lady said it was okay & gave us the elevator key to use. Why tell us it's okay to move but then charge us as soon as we are moved out ??
The docks are always busy so you can only move your things when the docks are free which is never & only an hour at a time.
When we moved in they were under construction, they told us it would be done within 3 months, we were there for a year & they were still doing the construction! We had no water or power all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good, solid building with long term, friendly resident owners. Some rentals; long term only.
Newer buildings have nowhere near such spacious units. Heating and air currently being upgraded while windows were done a few years ago.
Close to everything with an unobstructed, spectacular view. The only downside is noisy, vehicles; their moronic owners from the burbs drawn by the river valley roads, likely headed downtown to attract attention, especially on warm weekend nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suites are spacious; the river view is spectacular; people are friendly; the location of the building perfect. Needs work for sure but mostly cosmetic eg; suite doors and jams need painting; underground parking on my level atrocious. But overall a great place to call 'home'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been residing here for 3 years already and haven’t regretted it a bit. What we like as you can see from the pics is the spectacular views! Yes it is an older building but it has been well maintained. The roof has been redone, all the windows are new & they have just redone the hvac. If you are fortunate to have a river view the scenery is spectacular. The evenings provide ever changing sunsets! Also the back courtyard is private & the only one that is one the south side of the building. Also great proximity to restaurants & services. We love our neighborhood.
