Traveling to Italy was on my bucket list, going on a yoga retreat was on my bucket list, and there was an early bird special to book 9 months in advance. I didn’t know the teachers or anyone in the community, but my heart was telling me I needed to do this for myself. Fast forward a year later, and we had such an amazing week in a secluded Italian village with the most authentic homemade food catered to us all day and unlimited wine (bonus!). Christine and Sarah were so welcoming and they organized an excellent schedule of yoga, meditation, and fun adventures! I’ll always be grateful to them for this experience and to my retreat group for being such awesome people to hang out with. Fast forward two years later, I continue to be so proud of these ladies for encouraging both wellness and community through their yoga classes at LLY. It’s not just about yoga, they bring people together, and that’s special.
