★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High class service from beginning to end of the sale and service afterwards. We bought a car 4 months ago but I waited to leave a review to see how the dealership is after the sale is done. Our seller Joseph was responsive throughout the sale process and Aline at delivery is very patient and managed to explain the functions of the car to my aunt who just arrived from China and doesn’t speak English or French. The called us back after the sale to make sure all our questions were answered. I already recommended this place to all my friends looking for a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought and changed my winter tires there several days ago, and they were very late to finish my car, which I understand, but no one called me to let me know that I should come back later than the time they told me. I have to go there three times to check if my car is ready. I lost a lot of time on this and I wanted to talk to them about the situation, but the manager just ignored my phone calls and messages, the reception people’s attitude is poor too, so I don’t suggest my friends buy cars or have their service there. I was good client of this shop since 5 years , I have spent at least 80k at their place, and they treat me without respect or care, very very very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!! ?????Please don’t go there if you don’t want to lose money or your time!!!

We had a rarer spec in mind for our Lexus RX450H and Djamel Saci managed to make it happen for us. The team at Lexus Gabriel even went the extra mile for us to do the vehicle delivery on a Saturday in order to accommodate us, which usually only occurs on weekdays. We would like to give special thanks to Adrian, Alina and especially Djamel in this vehicle purchase. I would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for any vehicle.

This wasn't where I purchased my car.. I almost wish it was now.
The after sales person Jeremy give this guy a good bonus. I felt very comfortable having him working on my issue. He called me when he said he would and provided the best service.
He and the staff were very kind made me feel welcomed which is not what I get at the location of purchase.
He even walked me to my car when it was raining.. I never had that after sales service in all the time since I've had my lexus.
I'll be doing my services at this location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think it would be news to anyone if I said that purchasing or leasing a new vehicle can be, shall I say, unpleasant if not outright traumatic.
I've been on a stressful journey car shopping for the past 6 months. My experience with Lexus Gabriel has been quite the opposite. It was a breath of fresh air. Where other dealership would outright lie to get me through the door they were transparent and honest. The negotiations went smoothly, at no point did I feel pressured into anything. The pricing was more than fair I got sticker price no mark-up. They were available, supportive and helped me navigate this stressful journey. It was by far my best car buying experience.
To Sevag, Joseph, Edrin and Alina thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have gained a client for life. I cannot recommend Lexus Gabriel enough.
