Jai été réceptionniste pendant quelques années donc je sais de quoi je parle. The receptionist not smiling, not welcoming is two things the most important. It does not give a good image for the company. I've been a receptionist for a few years so I know what I'm talking about.

Pendant ce temps la nous avons vu un client se plaindre et la personne qui nous a "recu" nous a finalement demandé de repasser un autre jour. Resultat: du temps perdu, un bureau sale et un personnel peu acceuillant et comprehensif. Je deconseil cet endroit sans interet et peu competant. We waited half an hour for a quote. During this time we saw a customer complaining and the person who "received" us finally asked us to come back another day. Result: wasted time, a dirty office and an unwelcoming and understanding staff. I recommend this place without interest and little competant.

En moins d'une minute j'avais un "prix", sans détail et sans explications. Malgré le fait que j'avais un rendez-vous, j'ai eu le sentiment qu'on voulait se débarrasser de moi le plus rapidement possible. Je ne ferai pas affaire avec ce détaillant! Very disappointing experience for me. I went for an estimate for a repair. In less than a minute I had a "price", without details and without explanations. Despite the fact that I had a date, I had the feeling that they wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. I will not be doing business with this retailer!

Suite à un accident j'ai dû faire réparer ma voiture chez eux( le service de remorquage ne pouvait pas déposer mon véhicule ailleurs qu'au concessionnaire). J'ai récupéré mon véhicule avec le pare-brise craqué du même côté que les réparations ( il était en parfait état avant). Ils n'ont jamais voulu reconnaître leur tort et j'ai dû payer le remplacement du pare-brise de ma poche. Un conseil, si vous devez faire affaire avec eux prenez vous-même des photos de votre véhicule en haute résolution lorsque vous le leur confiez. Very inconsiderate and dishonest !! Following an accident, I had to have my car repaired at their home (the towing service could not drop my vehicle away from the dealership). I recovered my vehicle with the cracked windshield on the same side as the repairs (it was in perfect condition before). They never wanted to admit their mistake and I had to pay for the replacement of the windshield out of pocket. A word of advice, if you have to do business with them, take high-resolution photos of your vehicle yourself when you hand it over to them.
