The school is bad. Almost all the teachers are lazy. Most of them just give you a worksheet and make you learn on your own. The staffs are unorganized. They have student counselors to "help" you but in reality their only purpose is to change your classes. If you ask them what courses you need for university they'll just show you the website. There's always no school on Friday and no one knows why. Cafeteria is not clean and the microwave rarely gets clean and coated with bits of food. In conclusion, the teachers are bad and you're required to learn on your own.

-The choices you get for classes are limited. There are other high schools with more choices such as Nelson Mandela. -"Technology" is falsely promoted. Computers break down 24/7 and the technicians take years to come and get it fixed. -Programs are atrociously organized. If you need to change your schedule, get ready for a big fat line just to talk to one of the councillors. -Since Mr. Colvin left, all the councillors suck so much. They'll make you write a paragraph in why you want to change the class. Such a waste of time. -Disrespectful staff. Librarians are notably rude to all students. Front office ladies are more generous but still have a snappy attitude. -Lastly, the administration is abhorrently ignorant. When all the class averages are low thanks to their disgusting teaching methods, they go on and blame the students for lacking interest and not being "smart enough". Well, if you'd teach properly like a normal school, maybe you wouldn't have grade problems. -Anyone who has not given this school one star is just mental. All they do is compliment all the amenities outside of the school and not the actual school. Don't forget to look for other long paragraph reviews for more information. A ton of these are by me so make sure to read up and get yourself informed on this school

INITIALLY 1 STAR REVIEW: This is not the best choice of school to consider attending. In general, the school has many flaws. One of those flaws is that some teachers do not consider their student's mental health. UPDATED TO 2 STAR REVIEW (11/29/2021; 2 years after initial review): After spending three years at this school, stress varies according to each teacher you get. Some teachers are better than others depending on how the student intake the information. Nonetheless, I have seen some improvements to teaching quality attending here. For those attending right now or in the future, please remember your mental health is what will lead your motivation and well-being. Even if some things are out of your control such as learning checks or exam dates, you will have another opportunity to prove your understanding. In the final year when I maintained my mental health, my academic performance recovered from a significant fall in the previous grade. If you find yourself struggling with mental health, it would be worth while to talk with your parents/guardians as well as your teachers to receive the mental help and accommodations you need.

This is the worst school I've attended so far the teachers don't give much importance to the students, in the science class I didn't learn anything, the teacher just gives us a lot of papers and tells us to solve it ourselves and gives us an exam every weekend I dont recommend attending this school.

Great food, awesome catering service. This place must be really good because every room I walked into was packed with people, but for some reason they all stared at me. Aside from that everything was great!! I would recommend that you don't use the main enterance because for some reason "It's illegal for a 45-year-old man to randomly walk into a restaraunt named HIGH SCHOOL in the middle of a day". Anyways you guys have to try their shai paneer, it's to die for.

I loved this school for the first two years, but in my final year things changed. Apparently it’s fine for teachers to bully students, call them toxic and not good members of the team when they’re dealing with mental health issues. To even write this type of criticism on report cards. If you have mental health issues this school is not for you, they say they support you but then force you into uncomfortable situations. There are a few teachers who understand but the majority don’t care. The students were fine but the majority of the staff were just awful and I wish I had a Time Machine so I could escape the prison Pearson was. The staff needs to do better and be more educated on mental health.
