★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and me went to the office. Robert J take the case. From the beginning he talk to us like he should not.we went for advise.but he take the case. He filed the Cort. Than we did not hear from him for 4.5 years. Today we went to see the BC Supreme Cort info desk. They told us the filed paper is sitting in the basement. The reson because my lawyer did nothing. We were under the impression we are waiting for the Court date.we talk to him.he said he told us. Which is not true.he should send official letter. He should know words are nothing. It should be in writing. So he dropped the case 4.5 years ago but he try to charge us $380.00 for paper work.we refuse to pay. What kinde of lawyers who not sending a letter he drop the case.and let he's /her client believe waiting for the Cort.
My filling he do not care about her/his clients
