★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned the firm last Friday. The front desk staff was so unprofessional and not polite at all. The female staff rudely hanged up the phone before I introduced myself and the detail of the case. She said, " No, we do not want your case and we do not deal with personal injury case". It seems this firm does not want to have new clients and new business at all.

I do not recommend this law firm: because the employees of the law firm acted very unprofessional and impolite when answering the consultation call. According to the advertisement content of the law firm and the type of cases they claim to handle, I called for consultation. She was interrupted by the front desk operator after only one sentence and quickly hung up. The reason given by the female employee was: "We will not accept personal injury cases." However, this does not match the content of their advertisement and is a fraud. Potential customers, wasting customer time.
