Thank you for all!!
My son was for a few weeks during the summer vacation of his daycare 2 years ago. The educators were very kind. They took care of my son's food. They are English speaking, but they speak French perfectly. Thank you for all !!

Que dire du professionnalisme des éducatrices. Elles sont tellement attentionnées avec les enfants. Une garderie qui met en valeur le développement des petits. J'aime le fait qu'elles sont bilingues et je les fais entièrement confiance avec ma petite.
What about the professionalism of the educators. They are so caring with the children. A daycare that highlights the development of the little ones. I like the fact that they are bilingual and I trust them completely with my little one.

I am speechless about the unprofessionalism of the staff of this daycare. We were contacted about a month ago because a place became available for our child (he is 4 months old). I wanted to start to introduce him to the daycare slowly, only for a couple of days (for a few hours) a week (part-time). The director of the daycare said that this was indeed possible as far as my child would then be full time from January. We agreed and we brought him in for the first time last week. As a first trial, I left him there for about 3 hours. There were other 4 small children there with him (they care for a maximum of five children under 18 months at a time, which is what i liked about them). When I went back to pick him up, the child looked very lethargic (very weird because he is normally really active). I asked the lady that took care of him if everything was fine, and she told me that, yes there was no issue and he did not cry much (note: she barely spoke any English or French...). I then asked her to please give me back the biberons that i had brought and the portions of milk/formula powder that I had pre-prepared for her, to make sure there would be no mistakes in mixing up the proper quantities. She came back with two empty biberons, which seemed strange to me because how could my child have eaten 2x180mL of formula in only 3 hours (he had just eaten when i brought him there). Then she brought me the container with the portions of powder: it was full!!!! I asked her: 'what did you feed him?!?'. And she said ' I gave him the powder with the water'. I pointed out that the portions were all still there. At that point she told me that she just gave one little spoon in each briberon?!? I mean..what?!? Basically she had 'fed' my four months old 2 massive biberons of water (he does not even drink water, yet as he is too little!). We were absolutely shocked (both me and my husband) so we called the director to report the problem. We also then noticed that his diaper had leaked completely (of course! he had drunk so much water!) and his onesie was dirty with a sort of tomato sauce (he does not eat solids, yet!). All off this in under 3 hours knowing that the lady was caring for only 5 children. As i said: speechless. I was even (stupidly) willing to give them a second change, however, obviously this is not possible since the director of the daycare thinks that what happened is not that bad and that the lady that was in charge of my child is super competent. Wow. I'd steer clear from that place if I were you. I certainly will.

My child has been at Les rossignols du parc for over 1.5 years and LOVES the staff, her friends at the daycare, and .. even calls for daycare staff at home on the weekends when they don't want to hang with mom or dad (or we're being too tough). The generosity of spirit, empathy, and care for the kids at the daycare is evident to me, my partner and, as far as I can tell, every parent who has a kid there. It's clear that my kid LOVES the director, LOVES her caregivers, and LOVES going to daycare. I go for runs with my kid, and when we go past the daycare they're calling out "daycare! daycare!", and I have to explain that it's the weekend, and we're not going there until Monday :) With health stuff, they're on their game, giving our kid some daily meds and making sure they aren't getting any milk products. Thank you to the whole team at Les rossignols du parc !

My child has been at Les Rossignols du Parc for about 18 months and we couldn't be happier with this daycare. The educators are stellar. They really care about the kids. My daughter is even asking to go there on the week-ends sometimes! Each morning she runs to get there and I barely get a kiss good-bye at the door. They're doing a lot of art and crafts and going out as much as possible. They pick nicked outside the other day and we heard all about it at night. They're teaching them a lot and she almost knows her alphabet in both french and english now. They do musical activities and yoga. She is having some health issues / food allergy and they have been really on point with her medication and food she has to avoid (and they've very patient with us while figuring all of it out). When my kid first started at the daycare at around 9 months old, she cried quite a bit and she spend the full first days in Cayla's arm (the owner). They bonded instantly. It's wonderful to see how much my daughter thrives there and she loves both the educators and her little crew of friends so much. I highly recommend Les rossignols du parc. Especially when you're a busy parent with work, they're extremely accommodating.

Our daughter has attended this daycare for more than two years, and her younger sister will be joining her shortly. The staff are interested in and excited by the continuing development of each child, and always have anecdotes to share about a new skill or difference in behaviour that they've noticed our daughter exhibit. They want to see our baby and keep asking when she's going to be joining them! Coming from overseas (we're Australian) knowing that we can arrange care for our daughter 24/7 in an emergency is also a huge weight off our shoulders. We're very happy with the care and attention our child receives, especially in these uncertain times!
