Garderie Biamel V

Nous avons inscrit notre fils (8 mois) sans hésitation! Personnel dévoué mon fils les adorent et elles l'adore aussi! l'application utilisée est géniale et l'emplacement est ingénieux, pas besoin de faire de détour pour déposer et reprendre notre enfant. Bref oui je recommande!

Jadore cette garderie mes deux enfants la frequente donc un en pouponiere ❤ les educatrice son devouer a leur travail elle sont patientes et creatives !!!! Depuis la decouverte de cette garderie je peut enfin dire que nous avons une deuxieme famille ! La directrice est superbe toujour a lecoute et toujour avec un grand sourir et avec son accueille chaleureuse !! Que dire de la cours !! Ses magnifique il a une espace donc il a ete emmenager du gazon synthétique superbe pour les enfants ainsi que des modules pour les enfants !! ??❣ lete les educatrices font impliquer les enfants a faire un jardin !! A biamel on peut partir la conscience tranquille en sachant que nos petit coco son entre bonne main !!! A tout moment de la journee on peut commumiquer via class dojo on y recoie meme des photo de nos amours !!! Jadore ❤❣❤❣

Ma fille est arrivé à biamel après une fermeture abrupte de sa garderie en octobre 2018 elle quitte maintenant pour la maternelle . Jaimerais remercier bianca la propriétaire qui a su nous recevoir et nous aider à avancer après cette fermeture. Un énorme merci ? Une merci à la belle Nadia qui a tout les matins nous accueille avec un beau sourire et écoute attentivement toutes les anecdotes que ma belle Hana a à lui raconter. Tu vas nous manquer ? Et finalement celle qui a su accueillir Hana pour quelle se sente de la famille du jour au lendemain elle se sentait très accueilli .Merci de la belle évolution Anu? Bonjour, Je suis une éducatrice à la garderie Biamel de longueuil . Ca fait deja quelques années que je travail pour les garderies Biamel . Je décide de faire un review sur mon endroit de travail car je tien à souligner à quel point cette garderie est magnifique . Nous avons beaucoup de support autant par les membres de la direction que par la propriétaire Bianca !:) Ce qui est une danré rare dans certains compagnie. Le personnel est très respectueux autant avec les enfants qu’avec les autres éducatrices. L’ambiance me fait sentir comme chez moi! Je vous recommande cette garderie a tous .

Last November, Bianca asked for a meeting with the parents. I attended this meeting and she asked us to accept the increase of the daily payment because the government will increase the payment for the public daycares. She asked us to accept the increase to keep same educators and not to leave the daycare to public daycares. We accepted that but after few weeks I surprised the educator of my child left the daycare. The manager said that she left by herself but when we contacted the educator she said they fired me out and I was wishing to stay in this daycare!!! This daycare is a very expensive and the service is not as I expected. My child stayed in this daycare more than one year, he learned nothing (literally nothing). In addition, in the last month he was crying a lot when I said to him let’s go to the daycare ( Strange) instead of loving it, he hate going to it. I advise the manger of this daycare to improve the service and management. I’m sure, if they will continue with the same level of the service, they will Loss the confidence of the parents. In conclusion, I had very bad experience with this daycare and I advise everyone to think a twice before enrolling your child in this daycare.

I went to this daycare just to check it out when I started thinking about sending my 6 months old baby to a daycare. The staff was ok, classrooms very nice and new, but when we went to the nursery where little babies were, there was no teacher with 4 babies that were sleeping, the director had to knock a door and call the teacher to the room, and there was a bigger baby (around 11 months) crying on a corner that was never comforted for the 10 min I was in there. I don’t know if it is always like this, but after this experience I wouldn’t leave my son here.

J'ai eu une mouvaise experience... malheureusement, apres 4 jours j'ai du retirer la petite a cause des plusieurs evenements. J ai bcp apprecie le suivi de Bianca. J'espere qu'elle va etre capable de corriger le tout pour la protection des autres enfants. Voici le courriel que j'ai envoye avec tout les problemes que j'ai eu dans la classe de 18mois+.. Hi Annabelle, Bianca, After all the situations that happened in your daycare, we fell forced to keep Emma home and find another daycare and terminate the contract with your daycare. After loosing my confidence on July 31st when I saw her teacher aggressing a 20 months old boy, your team instead of gaining the confidence again, they just did worst. Every day at less one thing wrong. I believe you have to do a lot of changes to be able to arrive at the quality that your prices are. Also, I am not here to do a police job and to have at less 2-3 calls a day with one of you. My time is precious and I want to let my baby girl in a safe environment…witch was not the case at your daycare. Facts: July 31st – teacher almost breaking the hand of a toddler July 1st – 9 kids in the class, when my baby girl started.. so she didn’t had a proper welcome, teacher  not even able to take care of her as supposed to do – no journal for this day, no idea how her day was!!! July 2nd – no hat when going outside , no cream bump, another teacher to welcome her - no journal for this day, no idea how her day was!!! July 5th – again another teacher (3 days 3 different teachers – Great job Biamel V!!) , asking questions – not able to communicate back,  slept 30 minutes all day – the teacher is not able to express herself and dosent have an accommodation plan when asking , came back with the clothes dirty and wet – when asked why wet she wasn’t able to tell me.. the socks were so dirty  as she had no shoes outside…asked about this.. no answers back July 6th – receive a call from the director telling me Emma throw up but she is good now.. asking why she told me that she was left to cry for about 15 minutes ( I believe was more than that) – I saw kids in that day being scared by certain persons from daycare, not only my child..  also, when we picked her up the teacher had again 9 kids in the class.. NO way!! She was barely breathing, overcharged!

I want to write to you about my bad experience with this daycare. Think twice before registering your kids in this daycare if you love them. When you know how expensive it is, it will come to your mind that the services are excellent, as happened to me when I visited it. But I would like to tell you that the services are very, very bad, most of the teachers are not qualified to deal with the children. When I registered my son at the beginning of 2021, Director Anabel said that the teachers speak English And French. But, I was surprised that my son's teacher spoke just french and didn't understand English at all, so communication was non existent. I did not know what was happening with my son, and when I sent her messages on Dojo, she did not respond to my messages. She also did not welcome the children when they entered in the morning and was very silver in dealing with them. They also change teachers constantly, and when they expel a teacher, they do not bring a replacement immediately but rather divide the children who were with her to the other class for two weeks and even three weeks. Imagine that your son is four years old. They leave him with two-year-olds, sometimes with babies. My son hasn't sat for two months in a row with the same teacher, which made him hate going to daycare. Also, I want to tell you about the messages that we received from time to time asking us not to bring our children to the daycare. Last December, they constantly sent us messages asking us not to get our children for three weeks. We were surprised because we were studying and some parents were working. When we refused. They sent us a video of the boss, Bianca telling us that she had a case of Covid19 in daycare and did not specify which daycare because she has three daycares. Then closed the three daycares, which made us in a critical situation. Also, I have seen the teacher of children from the age of one to two and a half years old treat them brutally, and when she sees me, she does not care about it at all. There is also a teacher they recently brought in. Her name is Valerie, and she is in the panda class. She is awful and has no experience with children. I saw her once, and a little girl was crying out for her, wanting to I drink, and she didn't care. Also, one day while I was there, I waited for my son to come out of the bathroom, then he would eat his snack, and we would go out, but when he went out of the toilet, he did not find his snack, and she disposed of it and gave it to other children. And when I asked her, she replied in a very loose manner and did not even justify what happened. I don't want to talk about the administration's wrong way of dealing with parents. My son hated this nursery, and I stopped him when I saw the negative impact on my son's personality. And I am so sorry I left him in it for a while. I advise you to think carefully before enrolling your kids in it
