Il m'avait oublié et était absent, je me suis déplacé vers son chantier pour le rencontrer. Après lui avoir remis une copie du plan et envoyé une version informatique, il m'avait promis ma soumission dans les 3 semaines à venir. Promesse non tenue. J'ai téléphoné et parlé au propriétaire qui lui m'a dit qu'il lui parlerait. 2 semaine plus tard, je téléphone a nouveau pour me faire dire que Olivier, son gars de quotation est occupé et qu'il me contacterait. Une autre semaine a passée, j'ai renvoyé un email via leur site internet et celui de son gars de soumission. Silence sur la ligne, plus personne me répond. Mauvais service sur toute la ligne. Ne perdez pas votre temps là I tried to communicate with them several times to finally manage to have my first appointment. He had forgotten me and was away, I went to his site to meet him. After giving him a copy of the plan and sending a computer version, he promised me my submission within the next 3 weeks. Promise not kept. I phoned and spoke to the owner who told me he would speak to him. 2 weeks later, I call again to be told that Olivier, his quotation guy is busy and that he will contact me. Another week passed, I emailed back through their website and his submission guy's website. Silence on the line, no one answers me. Bad service all the way. Don't waste your time there
