J	Janet W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give no stars. Horrible place to go! My husband dropped me off because Im suffering with shinglles and I needed help. I called outside, I was on hold for 15 minutes, no answer. I walked in and was told to get out. I left never going back there again!

They tell me to leave and register in the parking lot. I do that. I was told she can't been seen since she has a cough, runny nose and had a fever. I need to wait in the parking lot for a phone call from doctor. He can prescribe medications for her over the phone.... Ended up going to the children hospital emergency room.

Tried to call in and get an appointment for my husband and they refused. Not everyone can call in themselves. Booking an appointment has nothing to do with privacy. I am also in healthcare. The patient themself would be the one going to the appointment.
W	Wayne Harriman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy how many people on here think they should be able to waltz right in, as if doctors are sitting around waiting for you. An hour or two wait time is NORMAL. If you don't like it, book an appointment with your Dr. And wait two to three weeks to get in. I was here on sunday at 10 am. Lucked out, no lineup. 2 min wait for doc to come in. In and out of clinic in 15 min. Staff was very friendly and Dr. was polite and knowledgable.
r	robyn s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great walk in doctor, but the rest of the staff…I agree with previous ratings. The office manager speaks to people as though they are less than her. Such a disgrace to SK Health Care. Definitely avoid this place!

Dr. Awad’s bedside manner was exemplary and I received great care coming in as a walk in patient. First time checking in at this clinic after recently moving to the neighbourhood, and would not hesitate to return.
J	Joey Javier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the good doctors of this place. It’s the clerks has sometimes had a problems communicating properly with patients during phone call. During this pandemic they told you to call first before you come to the clinic. Once you get a hold of them on the phone they’ll tell you to go in the parking lot and call back again. In the parking lot you have to call again and they’ll ask you about covid questions screening. If you tell them u have a dry cough and nothing else they’ll immediately put you on a doctors call waiting list and wait over an hour in your car till the doctor called you. I told them I tested myself 4 times this week and its all negative and just ignored me. Anyways my concern is before they tell you to go to the parking lot they should covid screen patients first so we don’t waste our time going there. In the first place if I have covid symptoms I’ll just stay home and do my part as a concern citizen. Hoping for a better front service of the clinic in the future.
