Ordered a chair on BabiesRUs, back piece was broken after opening box. Lennox had a replacement sent the next business day. Great customer service!

Bought a rocking chair for my son 3 months ago the spring broke and hurt the cushion plus the bolt at the right side fell off finally talked to the right person at Lennox furniture and they are sending me new parts to replace the broken ones truly appreciate the honesty thanks for everything ??

I am very happy with this rocking chair that arrived today for my wife (She is a new mother). Shipping was quick, nothing scratched. I originally saw this on Amazon and Bestbuy for $50-100 more, then noticed the business name and went direct to the Website for a huge discount!

Damaged product and even worse customer service! Ordered a NEW gliding chair from Lennox and it came stained, ripped, scratched and appeared it had already been worked on and sent back out for the next victim. The one bracket where the back should click into looked like it has been repaired on the one side and then re-installed incorrectly where the back of the chair can't properly click in. E-mailed lennox to reslove this issue where Christine gave me nothing but attitude and a hard time. I wanted to give them a second chance since my wife really liked that chair for the baby room. Christine refused to send us another and just refunded my money instead leaving us without a chair and now with a newborn. I sent the chair back out for their inspection where they took no responsibility whatsoever. I asked to speak to her boss (as apparently she is already the manager?!?!) where she has still to this date ignored my email. "Our priority, your satisfaction."???? Looking foward to hearing back from Lennox.

Customer services are friendly. They gave me all the details for me to order it on their website. The shipping is quite fast and the product is good (for now. Let see if it is durable). I will likely to buy more furniture there. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the delivery company that they are doing business with. That delivery company is the worst. They do not ring the bell, they drop my recliner glider chair on the drive way near the place were they collect garbage on a rainy day. Luckily my neighbor saw and told me and help me to bring it in.

Update: After their reply below I emailed them detailed info. It's been over a month and NOTHING. Absolutely no response from their side. --------- I purchased a glider chair for my sister and she absolutely loved it so when I gave birth I decided to purchase the same chair in different color. My chair arrived defected. Like you can't even glide as two pieces of wood are in the wrong position. I called and emailed. They requested a video. I sent the video, they said parts are unavailable. I bought the chair in August, it's now 9 months and absolutely nothing. I'm beyond upset. It was like throwing money down the drain.

No screws with the rocking chair. Very disappointed. Other than that, the chair looks nice. Monday, June 6th, 2022 My Dad finally found the screws in the package. The bag wasn’t on the box. It was in one of the cushion bags at the back of the cushion. The rocking chair looks perfect! Everyone loves it! Many thanks, Lennox Furniture!

I hate to do this, as I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I want to make sure no one else ends up in the situation we are in. We bought a new glider (Capri Swivel Glider Recliner) for our second baby from Lennox Furniture last February (baby was born in May) since it was recommended by a friend of a friend, and we had also heard that shipping was fairly quick from Lennox at a time when there were a lot of delivery delays with other companies. The chair has been great - we love the look and it's been great for rocking our little one. It has come in especially handy because sleep has been a challenge (we didn't know how good we had it with our first child!), and so we have spent many hours in it both day and night. A few weeks ago (he was 8 months old), I sat down in the chair normally as I usually do with him, and I could feel that something broke under me as I sat down. We suddenly tipped backwards quite a ways (thankfully the baby thought it was funny and wasn't scared like mama!) and the chair wouldn't rock properly anymore. It was making strange noises when I tried to move it, would get stuck, and stopped swivelling. We took a look underneath the chair, and sure enough, a piece had broken. It now sits at an angle, doesn't rock properly, and makes a lot of noise when you try to rock in it or get up from it (really not ideal when you've finally gotten a baby to sleep!). We emailed Lennox Furniture and they asked for pictures, which we sent. Their response was "they don't have the part". We replied to ask what they would suggest we do (it's been less than a year and regular use). No response. So I called and asked again - they asked me to re-send pictures and also mentioned that the warranty on upholstered chairs is only 3 months. 3 months? Yikes. But I appreciated that they wanted to see the pictures again and look into the issue. Unfortunately, the reply they sent was the same - they did not have the part and recommended we reach out to a local technician. So, it's been less than a year, we use this chair multiple times day and night, that's the kind of use it's designed for, it's broken, and the suggestion is that we contact a technician and arrange something at our expense? We're pretty disappointed that the chair broke this soon. Just wanted to post this as a heads up for any families considering this for the baby room. It's tough enough having a baby who struggles with sleep - but when the one piece of furniture you rely on to help you in that department fails, it's extra stressful! I would suggest looking elsewhere for a glider or rocking chair.
