C	Chuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok experience so far nothing special. I self train and find it odd that an entire very much empty section is dedicated to people with trainers only. I'd understand if the space was needed but when it's empty not allowing everyone to gain access to the machines and the space is in my opinion not a great use of space. Also not everyone has or needs a trainer so people who just need a space to do free workouts should be allowed a space where they can workout as it's unfortunately not something everyone has at home. I also am not a fan of the amount of cameras in the changing room as I've never seen anything like that in any other gym and it makes me a bit uncomfortable since I don't know who actually has access to all those cameras. Last but not least, I used to workout early in the morning but had to change my schedule because the janitor (male janitor) was giving me the creeps with the stares... So i prefer going when its a bit more busy now. Overall not having the best experience but on a positive note I appreciate the opening hours they give great flexibility for busy people.

I went there for their spinning class and they were just changing the schedule all the time and cancelling classes plus they were unable to keep their staff. .. Also, when I moved outside Sherbrooke and asked for the cancellation of my membership, they asked me to pay 150$, while my membership was going to cost 119,50$ if I kept it, but I was no longer able to workout there... I was not able to reach the head office easily just to got me someone to finally reach out toato wasme..I. I sent email and got only an automatic response asking to visit their website... It took 2 emails to finally got someone called me to be told by World Gym Sherbrooke employee that I wasn't the first one to move away and I just had to pay the fees... Otherwise I should try again to reach out to the head office! Plus they made me pay an additional 20$ in July for "keeping my monthly fees as low as possible"... I will never recommend it to anyone...
M	Mikael Andre Dansereau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean gym with all you need. Huge pool with large window and nice staff. The lighning is good when you look at yourself ib the miror. People are nice. I suggest it for youngs and students for the realy afordable monthly price. ~$24/month for one year membership. Music is okay just bting your headphones/earbuds or whatever.
