Couldn't quite get the smell/stains out of the rug/carpet after two visits, so was quick to refund me and went above and beyond to get the rug sent to a Toronto industrial rug cleaner at no cost to me. No more smell, and I am very happy. Thanks Len.

Even went over and above and repaired a chair while here ! Amazing ! High quality work with wonderful results ! Grateful they could manage some high end area rugs for us that we weren't sure would be doable. Highly recommend their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience from start to finish! They were able to squeeze me in same day! Floyd was exceptionally friendly, quick and considerate of my home. I tried to get things organized and out of the way for him but he booted me out and told me he had it not to worry. Went back when he was finished an my carpets looked amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
