★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logan came to my house to de-mould a 1960's car that got moulded over the summer - stupid mistake to not put it in dry storage. Warning: your car will mold if you don't have it stored dry.
They did a great job, they gutted the interior, which is not in their job description, taking out the seats and door panels. There is now no mould in the car. Badass.
This was well worth the money - cuz i sure wouldnt be cleaning up mold - it is toxic - they came prepared - price was reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going on the boat for a couple of hours we returned home to find a flood by in our cottage! Having no clue what to do I googled “Water damage restoration Gravenhurst” and came across Servpro Muskoka. I was completely panicked and overwhelmed and a lady answered my call within the second ring. I told her what happened and she responded very calmly that within a half hour someone would be there and not to worry. Within 20 mins they were at my door. Within 40 mins of my call I had a crew and machines working non stop until the situation was under control. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the immediate response. They saved my hardwood which couldn’t be match plus so much more I could go on for hours! They were polite, calm and patient with me. They explained everything they were doing and the insurance claim process. But here is what was the most important part to me. It’s very hard to find contractors a Muskoka especially when your cottage home isn’t over a million dollars! Logan, reassured me that not only would he be helping me with the flood but he would quote to help me with the repairs and work quickly to make our cottage home liveable and useable for the season. He told me he was with me every step of the way. This meant so much to me and he kept his promise! Logan and his crew has worked long hours and has been incredible adaptable to my many requests! Thank you Logan and Servpro Muskoka & Barrie for your dedication and commitment. You are the best the industry has to offer!
