★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liars and cheats. Didnt tell us about major structural damage done to a trailer we bought from them. They tried to say it was our fault after we noticed the damage 4 hours later on our drive home. After many phone calls they finally said they forgot to tell us how significant the damage was. We specifically asked about the spot where we noticed a repair had been done. We mentioned it to 3 people at the dealership - the salesman, the man doing the cleaning of the units and the sales manager. No one remembered the damage after we pointed out the repair and asked questions?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what what can I say, a great place to do business especially (Brian ). We have a OKanagan camper and we went all over Alberta and B.C. looking for a cabinet door, with NO luck. But Brian went out and beyond to find us two doors. What a GREAT R.V. dealership. We sure need more Fellows like Brian and his staff out there. A CLASS CLASS GUY ? The Anderson’s Kamloops B.C

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodgey at best. Didn't fix any of the items we found to be broken after the first inspection once the RV was ready for sale were not fixed e.g. the AC and a window that has broken hinges all they did was remove the handle so it could not be opened.
Walker, the finance guy, has refused to assist and instead said to call the warranty company which is still going to cost me.
What can I say but Caveat emptor.
They are friendly though. That is until the transaction is completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there was less ongoing communication about when our R-Pod would arrive and we didn't have as thorough a review of our unit as we had hoped at first, in the end our salesman Kevin was really good to us and helped immediately with any questions we had afterward.
