Washrooms look dirty, so does the staff room. Make sure you have you're own hand sanizter or wipes!! The pay was horrible, if you're scheduled to work from 5pm-11pm you will most definitely get sent home earlier. There isn't enough work. They will hire when busy and get rid of many when not. Don't take it personally if you get laid off, even one of the supervisors said the manger is a joke. Make sure you keep that dam flow rate too, dont wanna get yourself in trouble!!! I barley took my full break and they weren't pleased enough with me. It's not a bad job, it's the people who run it! The work is very straight forward, just keep the flow rate. P.S. keeping a flow rate is hard cause you'll have lots of no answers or soft refusals. Cause no one wants to do a 10 minute survey no one cares enough too be honest. And you can't force someone too! But definatly find a better employer.

Then when they don't have a lot of work they will cancel all of your shifts, but one day at a time so you never know from one day to the next if you're working. The unethical part is that they will lie to you, they will say things like "I guarantee there will be work by the end of the week." when there won't be. They don't want you to quit because when they DO have work they want you there, they don't want to have to hire a ton of new people. So they lie about future work to keep you from just walking away completely and finding a new job. Better to have you sitting at home not working but ready to work if they need it than have you quit and they have to hire and train some new guy.
