★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max at legacy custom floors was super easy to deal with. We had the company do some tile work in our laundry room/entrance to downstairs bathroom. We were very happy with the work that was done. And would reccomend anyone to call them for any flooring needs.
I will leave the initial review of 5 stars up as to proof. However, I am no longer pleased at the way the next job we hired legacy custom floors for was handled.The accusations of public slander towards a family member over a google review were completely unexpected, unnecessary, and furthermore, unacceptable. It took a Google review to get the job finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am opening a small business on the north shore and needed some thick rubber tiles cut down to size, I had called a few flooring companies before I reached out to Legacy Custom Floors and no one would do it because it was too small of a job and not worth their time. When I got a hold of Max from Legacy custom floors he was so beyond kind and offered to do the job for me for free because the business is committed to taking care of people on the north shore. He picked up the tiles and even delivered them back to me, they fit perfectly. When I have any flooring needs in the future I will 100% be using Legacy Custom Floors. I cant emphasize enough how much they helped me out, such great people who actually follow through on their commitment to take care of people on the North Shore.

They weren’t a colour I liked so Max patiently took me through all my options (replace with hardwood or laminate - or refinish with stain or leave natural) and did a number of tests to ensure I would be happy with the result. My floors are gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier. Max did an amazing job. He was professional, always let me know what was going on, and he really knows what he’s doing. And reasonably priced! He’s worth every penny. I cannot recommend Legacy Floors enough. You won’t be disappointed.

They were so easy to work with and we honestly feel the amount charged was more than reasonable. We love our floors! This was the easiest home improvement we've done.

Right before we purchased it our Realtor recommended us to Max at Legacy Custom Floors. Here we were able to find a much better product for the same price and they were able to get the product to us in a timely fashion which was great! Would recommend for sure!
