On m'a dit que nous avions besoin du reçu. quel service épouvantable car nous avons appelé et reçu une nouvelle canne à pêche GRATUITEMENT de Ste Croix directement sans reçu. Maintenant, ouvrez vos oreilles et écoutez-moi… votre service est nul et même Ste Croix veut que leur marque soit retirée de votre magasin.
refused to assist a st cross warranty claim. I was told that we needed the receipt. what a terrible service because we called and received a new fishing rod for FREE from Ste Croix directly without receipt. Now open your ears and listen to me ... your service is bad and even Ste Croix wants their brand removed from your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are fair and service is atypical yet friendly. I wouldn't say I love to go there, but it is certainly no bother. It is just a bit awkward when you walk in and have the impression there is a meeting with a bunch of people just sitting and talking with the personnel.
