★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (my son and I) had A1 service (Lebeau at 1072 Laurentides, Laval). Mr. Réne Veilleux was SUPER courteous for all my phone calls) and also extremely courteous when we were there. I knew from his helpful knowledge and courteous customer service that we were in good hands. He is a great example of how to treat customers!! Also, François (the repairman) was courteous, efficient and punctual too. MANY thanks to both Réne and François for A1 customer service. We would definitely go back for future service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a week ago for a new remote for the car. The mechanic had to take the Lebeau remote, open the hood set something up. Close the hood and sell it to us. As he closed the hood he broke the plastic bug deflector by 1/3.
He called his manager who come outside and showed it to him. They talked out of ear pitch and the mechanic went by us, never apologize. The manager went “ well it broke and it’s old and I’m not gonna be responsable for this. He never compensated us and washed his hands of the whole thing. I believe the mechanic tried to grab the hood by the deflector.
The manager charged us his regular price, never tried to compensate us in any way! Also he wore his mask under his nose the whole time we were there, he doesn’t respect the 2 meters with the customer and they have no plexiglass.
Would not recommend this place.
