★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leak Doctor performed a complete renovation of the exterior of our home, a thirty-one year old, two story. It is awesome. The quality of product and attention to detail is excellent. Weeks later my wife comes home, looks at the house, and says she loves it. Absolutely no buyers remorse about the money we spent. It was worth every penny. They not only fixed the items worn with age but what the original builder failed properly accomplish. The house is now wrapped, has new exterior insulation, hardie siding, gutters, soffits, trim boards, and is finished expertly.
Note: Leak Doctor's crew is outstanding, we had bad experience in the past with good company hiring bad workers, but when i read the other reviews, I guess Leak Doctor only hire the best workers in town and I can confirm that, they will go above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did experience a leak, and we hired a company that did charge us a little over $10,000; we did our research and found this company that did also send a young guy to perform an infrared inspection. We did learn later that he had no experience and cheap equipment, and at the first rain, the leak did come back, and this company did stop returning our calls.
We spent months searching for another company, and we did found Leak Doctor. They did perform the first inspection, and we did notice the difference right away.
They are not inexpensive, but they are worth every single dollar. The repair was extensive and found some severe damage to the walls, something that the previous company had missed completely. Their report was explained to us in detail, and any questions were precisely answered. Until you try their service is hard to understand the relief that we felt; our house is now finally dry, waterproofed, and done by a professional, they are very good at what they do.
